9th day of strike / jour de grève

Today, the ninth day of the strike, the second meeting of Book1.The firm syndex (Accountants expertise) has issued its report on the book 2 and book 1 and presented it to the delegation of employees and Management .It turns out that according to this report, the economical reason is not justified, it is indeed a lay-of to increase stock revenue.We still have some points on the reclassification to negotiate, about the golden handshake, management is very far from our demands.Next meeting Friday morning. We continue the strike.

Aujourd’hui, 9ème jour de grève,  2ème réunion du livre 1.
Le cabinet syndex ( expert comptables) a rendu son rapport sur le livre 2 et livre 1 et l'a présenté a la délégation unique du personnel  et a la direction.
Il s'avère que d'après ce rapport, le licenciement économique n'est pas justifié, il s'agit bien d'un licenciement boursier.
Il nous reste quelque points sur le reclassement a négocier, quand a la prime extralégales la direction est très loin de nos revendications.
Prochaine réunion vendredi matin, nous poursuivons la grève.
